Welcome to UniVerse. These Terms of Service govern your use of the UniVerse mobile application and related services. By accessing or using UniVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the application.

1. Eligibility

UniVerse is designed primarily for university students and staff. Some features may require verification such as faculty, department, or academic level. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or removed.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not impersonate other individuals or organizations.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but by posting content you grant UniVerse permission to display and distribute that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines.

5. Campus Community Features

UniVerse includes social and academic features such as:

• Student posts and discussions
• Followers, likes, and comments
• Private messaging
• Department announcements
• Lecture notes and academic resources
• Campus news and updates

6. AI Assistant

UniVerse includes an AI assistant feature to help answer academic questions and provide guidance. User messages sent to the AI assistant may be processed by external AI service providers. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal data when using AI features.

7. Premium Features

Certain features such as premium badges may require payment. Payments are processed through platform providers such as Google Play Billing. Refunds and payment issues are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider.

8. Third-Party Services

UniVerse relies on trusted third-party services including cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, advertising services, and AI providers. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including:

• Illegal activities
